Dynamic facade reflecting the weather
The skin of the incinerator is a reflection of incinerator's complex sensitive and complementary interrelationship with the natural environment. Therefore the facade is represented as mirroring the weather, to remind passers by of the interconnectivity between our human society and our natural climate.
Where the morning sun produces one shadow pattern onto the building, the afternoon paints a wholly different one, and the evening sun generates again a different result. In fact each cloud that passes over the building influences colors and shades of the canvas resulting in an ever changing dynamic painting.
Over the seasons a 'living painting' is so created, where the weather continuously updates the facades appearance; reflecting the seasons, and reflecting the time of day onto its surfaces.
