Introduction This tower is going to be the HQ for Chinese fashion brands:Girdear Amass and Limil. The facade will be like a white well-crafted suit, where the simple pattern of vertical lines and folds will make it look slender and tall. The simplicity of its folds creates a nice shadow pattern on its surfaces and creates an abstract textural richness that underlines its essence as a fashion conscious building.
Special feature is its pleated pattern that reminds of a fabric used in the fashion industry. The angle of the pleats is such that any glare resulting from low sun-angles is blocked by the pleated façade. Unwanted sun loading is kept to a minimum and the façade as a whole works like a sunscreen filtering out annoying sunrays that could hinder the interior use. Materials are selected to be long-lasting strong and durable.
